Customer Satisfaction Guarantees

Thank you for purchasing from Weiss Furniture. If, after delivery, you are not completely satisfied with your selection (excluding bedding), you may re-select merchandise of equal or greater value and pay the difference, or receive an 85% refund if you notify the store within 3 business days from the date of delivery. This offer is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The merchandise must be in the original condition as delivered and is subject to inspection by Weiss Furniture.

  2. Special orders are excluded from this offer.

  3. If a re-selection is not made at the time the merchandise is returned, we will issue a store credit toward a future purchase.

  4. Delivery charges and protection purchases are not refundable.

  5. All bedding products are not returnable for a refund.

Special Orders

We are happy to place special orders for our customers under the following conditions:

  1. A non-refundable minimum deposit of 25% is required.

  2. Special orders cannot be canceled once the order has been entered into production or allocated at the factory, which in some cases could be the same day the order is placed.

  3. The date of delivery is estimated according to information provided by the factory. Actual delivery may vary from this original estimate, which is beyond our control.

Delivery Service

Because we deliver to a broad area, our deliveries must be scheduled in route. We will provide an estimated delivery time (within a two-hour window) on the morning of your scheduled delivery.

We understand how valuable your time is and will make every effort to accommodate your schedule the day of delivery by offering a “call-ahead” service from our delivery crew at the stop prior to yours. If you need additional coordination of your delivery, please contact your salesperson to make the necessary arrangements prior to scheduling.

In-Home Inspection

Weiss Furniture offers free in-home inspections and estimates on furniture and mattresses to the original purchaser for one year from the date of initial delivery.

If your product is out of warranty, Weiss Furniture will provide an approximate estimate for parts, labor, and any applicable charges such as shipping and handling. This free in-home inspection service is available to customers within our normal delivery area — a 40-mile radius of Weiss Furniture.

Weiss Furniture will continue to offer service in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranties after the one-year warranty period has expired. Any parts needed for warranted defects or workmanship will be provided at no charge. However, after the one-year free service period has expired, a labor charge for repairs and/or installation of warranted parts will apply.

The customer will pay for parts and labor required after both the one-year free service period and the manufacturer’s warranties have expired. If service is required after the first year of ownership, the following charges apply:

  • Initial Inspection/Service Call Fee: $99.95 (after 1 year from delivery date)

  • Repair Labor Rate: $60.00 per hour

  • Parts (including shipping & handling): Cost per piece

  • Pick-Up & Return Delivery Charge: $99.95

Conditions of Warranty and Service

  1. The above warranties and all manufacturer’s warranties are VOID on all merchandise sold as Floor Sample “AS-IS” or “AS-IS, No Warranty.”

  2. Warranties are also VOID when Weiss Furniture determines that a product has been damaged due to improper handling or delivery by the customer. Any accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper use by the customer will also void all warranties.

  3. Weiss Furniture will not be responsible for any customer expenses incurred in servicing a product unless authorized in writing by Weiss Furniture.

  4. Weiss Furniture makes no warranties beyond the description on the face hereof, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  5. Weiss Furniture expressly disclaims any warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
