Delivery & Shipping
Weiss Furniture delivers to a wide area and organizes deliveries by route to serve customers efficiently.
Yes. You’ll receive an estimated two-hour delivery window the morning of your scheduled delivery.
Yes, our delivery crew will provide a “call ahead” notice from the stop prior to yours.
Yes! Our White-Glove service includes full assembly, placement, and debris removal — so your new furniture is ready to enjoy the moment it arrives.
If you need extra coordination for your delivery, please contact your salesperson prior to scheduling so special arrangements can be made.
Products & Special Orders
Yes, Weiss Furniture is happy to place special orders for customers.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required.
Special orders cannot be canceled once entered into production or allocated at the factory (which can be the same day the order is placed).
The estimated delivery date is based on information from the manufacturer. Actual delivery times may vary and are beyond our control.
Merchandise must be in its original condition as delivered and is subject to inspection.
Special orders are excluded.
If a re-selection isn’t made when the merchandise is returned, a store credit will be issued.
Delivery charges and protection plan purchases are not refundable.
All bedding products are not returnable for a refund.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your selection (excluding bedding), you may re-select merchandise of equal or greater value and pay the difference, or receive an 85% refund if you notify Weiss Furniture within 3 business days of delivery.
Financing & Payments
Yes, we offer special financing allowing you to buy now and pay over time. For more details, please contact the store or visit our financing page.
You can apply for financing online or in-store. Once approved, you can use the card to make purchases and manage your account online. Please note that financing is not available for clearance items.
If you choose to finance your purchase, you typically will receive payment details directly from the financial provider you were approved through. They will outline your billing schedule and next steps.
